What pets does Pawlah Sitter cover?
Cats and dogs, in their own home. Drop-in visits only — no boarding, no walking-only services.
Where is Pawlah Sitter available?
Klang Valley — Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Bangsar, Mont Kiara, TTDI, Shah Alam, and Subang.
Can I meet my sitter before the first visit?
Yes. You can chat with your sitter inside the app before you book, and most sitters are happy to do a short meet-and-greet so your pet gets used to them.
Will I get the same sitter each time?
Whenever they're available — yes. Pawlah Sitter is built around the same friendly face turning up, so your pet recognises them and your routine stays predictable.
What if my pet has medication or special needs?
Tell your sitter in the app and add a note to your pet's profile. Many of our sitters are comfortable with daily medication, special diets, and senior-pet routines.
What if I have more than one pet?
Both can be looked after in the same visit — your sitter just spends a little more time at the home. Add each pet to your profile so they all show up in the booking.
